Shipping costs are included in the product price unless otherwise stated.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund by submitting photo or video proof within 28 days of purchase.

To request a refund for a damaged item, you must provide:

  • Clear photos/videos showing the damage

  • Your order number

  • Your name and contact information

Once verified and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if proof is not provided or damage appears to be caused after delivery.
